Quadrilatère Richelieu, BNF.

An immersive and enveloping space at the service of music. Paris, France

Since 2010, the historic site of the National Library of France in Paris: Quadrilatère Richelieu, is the subject of a major renovation project.

A large-scale project aiming at the enhancement of the heritage made complex by the age of the building.

The restructuring of Richelieu is complex due to the many parties involved and is imposing by its size and structure
68,000 m² of surface area, including 30,000 m² for phase 1:
5 years of project (phase 1), 15 lots including 4 "historical monuments", 200 people on average per day during the construction site

More than 180 different users
More than 10,000 documents during the construction phase
More than 6,400 notices posted on the documents
More than 91 Gb of documentary data and more than 15,600 remarks noted on the field

Great Mosque of Algiers

The third largest mosque in history.

On a land of about 20 hectares and a gross surface of 400 000m ², the mosque will eventually accommodate 120 000 people.

The missions entrusted to the Egis consortium cover all the study phases up to the perfect completion of this operation. Egis data & solutions was involved in the deployment of solutions applied to the project's document control, the financial monitoring of all contracts and the monitoring of acceptance operations.

University Hospital of Reims.

Two new buildings, connected to the emergency center, Reims, Champagne-Ardenne

​Egis, in association with Groupe-6, carried out the general engineering mission for all the technical lots. Egis is also in charge of the Acoustics, Environment, CSSI, Micro-implantation, SEDI, Geotechnical, Water Law, BIM Management Works and OPC missions and is in charge of the management and animation of the synthesis unit.

SGTI has been deployed to cover all the study phases up to the perfect completion of the operation. (Delivery 2023)


Egis Data & Solution supported the hospital and all the project stakeholders in the deployment of solutions applied to :
- Document control during the design and construction phases
- Control of progress payment requests from works contract holders

Pôle Nation. 

The construction of an innovative and ecological campus of nearly 35,000 m² in the heart of Paris

The building includes lecture halls and teaching rooms, specific facilities (cinema, theatre practices, etc.), a library ("Learning Center") at the heart of the campus operation, as well as student life facilities including a university restaurant (in partnership with the CROUS).

The governance of the project was entrusted to a project manager, an IT consultant, in charge of analyzing the needs for organization, exchanges, distribution and validation processes, and reporting on the progress of the project with regard to the follow-up of documents and field surveys. He also accompanied each user profile in the handling of the various modules and the coordination of all requests for assistance or functional administration of the services.

Construction of an IKEA store.

A project in the heart of an eco-district.  Nice, France

IKEA is building its 36th store on two levels, including 24,000 square meters of store space.

2 levels of underground parking for 2064 spaces, 3 levels of superstructure above the delivery area and 3 other levels of parking on the northern part, above the logistics yard.

The roof will be a mix of 10,000 m² of green spaces and 7,000 photovoltaic panels.

A housing program embedded in the store represents the singular point of this operation.
The store is aiming for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) excellent certification.
